I'm A Big Kid Now!
Last week during clinical I took a break for lunch and, when I returned, my CRNA did the same. No big deal, right? WRONG. Unlike the clinical days of yore, my CRNA actually left me alone during his lunch break. That's right, folks: I independently administered anesthesia! For 30 whole minutes!
Which is kinda like graduating from diapers to Pull-Ups. I still have a long way to go before I can remove the plastic protective cover from my mattress, so to speak, but it's progress!
